Your very first Christmas

Mama and Dada really wanted you to wake up in your own bed and have gifts under your own tree for Christmas so we stayed at home this year.  It was perfect.  We woke up and it was still dark, the tree was lit and we came to see what Santa and Nino Jesus left you- a walker wagon, some wooden toys, and a red bouncy ball.  You were so excited about the lights, but not really interested in your gifts, except for the balls!  Your favorite.  You say it with such Gusto.  We had a delicious breakfast with our little family unit, put our first Turkey in the oven, and sat in the living room on the floor and played.  Then you took a nap.  After your rest Tinka, Buelo, Titi Mo, and Tia Juli came over and we opened more gifts.  You still were not that interested but it was fun watching you anyway.  You did like the Band in A Box that Juli and Matthew got you.  We played more and cooked a delicious meal.  Everyone pitched in on the sides and made them all organic for you.  Then we got a really great surprise because Great Bobee and Grand Pumba drove in from Iowa Colony just in time for dinner!  We were so happy to see them.  Uncle Patrick came over too.  It was a perfect meal.  You LOVED the stuffing that Tinka made and all of the other food, but the stuffing was your favorite.  Then we opened a few more presents and you really loved the wooden train Mama and Dada got you as well as the small red piano Great Bobee and Grand Pumba bought you.  We played a little more and then it was time for bed.  It was exactly the Christmas I pictured for you.  Te quiero tanto tanto, mas que nunca nunca!
