Month 8

You Eat Mommy's Milk, Apples, Bananas, Pears, Cereal, Peaches, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes
You are Learning to army crawl all over the place, take steps when Daddy holds your hands, Talk, use your Consonants - Na, Ya, Ma, La - Click your tongue, go from sitting to your tummy without falling over, Wave, drink from a straw
You Love to talk loudly, roll in your crib (all over the place), Vladimir, Simba, kick your legs fast, roll over while getting your diaper changed, curtains, to eat
You Don't Like to sleep very long during the day, be consistent
You are ticklish - which is so cute - you like to make people laugh (a lot), you are so kind, you don't every cry - just fuss face, Tinka put you to sleep, you like to run with Mama, ate your first meal in a restaurant (with TT and Kacie and your baby cousin at Bucca du Beppo), we dunked you in the pool with Aunt Katie, Staci and Clara,
You had a terrible fever of 103 for 7 days - we first thought it was a virus then your White Blood Cell Count was really high 22/23 and it made us very nervous - you had to get 3 finger pokes and 3 really hard shots of antibiotics and you finally started feeling better - they think you had Bacteremia!
Your first tooth started to come out - we can't see it but we can feel it:)

Month 7

You Eat Mommy's milk, Rice Cereal, Bananas, and water
You are Learning to sit up all by yourself, roll anywhere you want to go and get what you want, whimper, talk very loudly, make a very funny fussy face, you lift your arms up to be held
You Love to play with your toys, drink water, swim, talk, blow raspberries, the chickens at Tinka's, Simba, make people laugh (just like your dad), your toes, Valdimir the seahorse, making fussy face
You Don't Like your bouncer, excersaucer, sleeping with anyone, or stay up late
We visited the country for the 4th of July, you hold your own bottle, you sit up all by yourself, you have started to eat solids - Bananas, apples, and pears
We had a scare because we though your kidneys or ureters might not work the right way like your dad so we had to get them checked out with some scary tests (worst day ever) - on our 4 year anniversary we found out everything was clear - best present ever!
You had your first solid poop!!!
Mima came to visit all week and we had Sushi (your first high chair), your first run at Town Lake, you met Sheila and Cari and their kids, Juli and Mima put you to sleep so Mama and Daddy could go to Daddy's going away happy hour (he got a promotion), we went to have coffee at Mozarts and Uncle Jamie came to visit, Steph and Lo came to visit for Mommy's 30 birthday party at the Winery

Month 6

You Eat your mommy's Milk, Rice Cereal (but it made you stopped up:)
You Are Learning to spit all over your face when you blow Raspeberries, breakdance in your crib, grab what you want, speak very loudly, roll in both directions, make a V while holding your feet - YOGA baby!
You Love to roll on the floor, your brother Simba, your friends, toys, to put everything and anything into your mouth, your toes and hands, to throw things, and your chicken Raspberries
You Don't Like to nap for very long (25-30 minutes), to stay up late, to take naps with your mommy anymore (that makes me sad), to stay in one place for very long
You talk very loudly now, you still love to battle it out with Raspberries, you don't giggle a lot - only when you really mean it (your serious like mommy), you look for mommy when I'm not holding you
You love to drink water out of a cup - no bottles for you
You got a virus with fever, diarhea, and vomit, then a few days later you got a UTI:(

Month 5

You Eat Mommy's Milk and just tried bananas and some water
You are Learning to blow Raspberries (and you love it), hold things in your hands, Roll Over onto your tummy, Yell
You Love your toes, your own room, your crib, swimming, your bath
You still don't like to take naps
We celebrated our first Mother's Day together - sort of - last year we weren't sure if you existed or not yet:)
We went to El Paso to meet your family
You grabbed a toy
We moved you into your own room and you love it and have started sleeping longer in your own space

Month 3

You only Eat Mommy's Milk
You are Learning to lift your head during tummy time (which we practice with your brother), Smile, giggle, Sleep (a little bit), talk - it's like a gurgle - you talk to your dad a lot
You Love your family
You Don't Like to take naps unless I hold you
You got your first shots - no fun!
You stayed with Aunt Steph and Lolo and mommy left you for the first time when you were awake - you took your first bottle - it made mommy sad but also glad to be able to go out
On the 22nd of March you slept through the night in your carseat after dinner and Aunt Kacie's and Uncle Tim's!

Month 2

You Eat only Mommy's Milk
You Are Learning to make noises, smile, recognize people you love, and lift your head while on your tummy
You Love Simba, Dancing with Mommy, Walks, to sleep on Mommy and Daddy's chest, Meeting your family, Nursing, to be Outside, swinging in the Hammock, Cuddling, your Puff Doll, your Bugs, El Paso Birds at Tinka's House
You Don't like to sleep, your crib, to take medicine, Simba's Bark
You are so smart, you are all ours, you are beautiful, you have started projectile vomiting all over me and yourself - no fun!
You were sick for the first time - reflux and a cold.
You witnessed your first snow!

Month 1

You Ate only Mama's Milk
You Learned to Smile, Follow with your eyes, Turn when you hear voices, 'Gu' and 'Ga'
You Love Mama and Daddy, Simba, Mommy and Daddy's wedding picture on top or your changing table, to be held 24/7, walks with Staci and Clara, your bath
You Don't Like to sleep or take off your clothes
You are so smart, you love to cuddle, you look just like your Daddy and you are all ours!

Those were our baby Cardinals we watched for about a week before the snake ate them all - circle of life!

We bought you this and kept it for a week - you weren't very impressed - neither were we.

This is the picture we gave dad for Father's Day - we took one of you that looks just like him.

You love Tortilla Chips - your dad said it's because you are a little Mexican!

You had to take Pedialyte because you had the runs and throw up - you were not a fan.

You only cuddle with mom when you are sick
